Kaufman Development is a real estate development company created on the belief that communities of high design built around wellbeing, expression, and impact can change the world.
The ask was to create visual consistency across their sub-brands and have a site that would bolster their reputation as a leading luxury developer in Columbus, Ohio and make it easy for potential renters to get in touch.

Visual Language
The website redesign pushes the luxe look and feel of their developments, focusing on large, impactful imagery and dark, dramatic colors.
Renderings were placed on blue backgrounds to create consistency where photography wasn’t available.
Growth & Flexibility
The website was built with a custom, user-friendly CMS that integrates with Kaufman’s property management software, allowing Kaufman staff to follow up on leads, and allowing tenants to access their client portal.
