CoverMyQuest Identity
CoverMyQuest is an annual mini-grant contest that provides employees with $5,000 to pursue personal passions, ideas, or lifelong dreams. Over the years, employees have used these grants for various endeavors, such as traveling to connect with family, supporting charitable organizations, or achieving personal milestones. Each year, CoverMyQuest was given a visual refresh, but this identity has stuck around since its creation in 2022
2023 Medication Access Report
CoverMyMeds' Medication Access Report (MAR) is an annual publication that examines the challenges patients face in obtaining their medications and explores potential solutions to improve access and affordability.
The goal of the MAR is not only providing these insights for stakeholders across the healthcare industry, but also to help position CMM as a thought leader in the space. In a sea of sameness that stakeholders see in leading healthcare companies, the MAR is a time for the CMM design team to try something different to stand out. The 2023 MAR, titled “Reframing the Patient Journey” focused on how digital advancements in medication access can help patients navigate a tough diagnosis and the overwhelming cost of care that can come with that.

PA Season Campaign
Prior Authorization (PA) season is a hectic time when doctors, pharmacies, and insurance companies deal with a surge in medication approval requests. This happens mostly at the start of the year when patients switch insurance plans or benefits reset, requiring new approvals for their prescriptions. This campaign aimed to raise awareness among healthcare providers about how CoverMyMeds’ products can help streamline the process and make PA season a little easier. To contrast the stress of PA season, this campaign had a playful tone and visual language. The campaign included developing a short-term identity, display ads, CTV ads, and a direct mail piece. Over the years, CoverMyMeds’ marketing website underwent numerous ad-hoc updates, leading to an inconsistent design and user experience. To create a more cohesive visual identity and ensure scalability for future growth, a full-site audit was conducted to identify inconsistencies and areas for improvement. Based on these findings, standardized design styles were developed and documented in a design system, providing a clear framework for streamlined and efficient updates moving forward.
